Christian / Husband / Father / Realtor. Previously, Albert worked as a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) for one of the big four accounting firms. Albert loves using his analytical skills in determining the value of homes and has an even greater love for negotiating. He has a proven track record of winning multiple offers even when his buyer clients price is not the highest. Albert is a certified mentor and teaches other realtors how to be a build a real estate business. He has been a licensed realtor since 2004.

A real estate professional since 1991, Gloria Yu provides exemplary services to home buyers and sellers. As a Certified Management Accountant (CPA, CMA), Gloria helps her clients understand the financial aspects of their transaction. Her years of experience and expert knowledge enable her to lead her clients to sound real estate decisions.
